Competition Terms and Conditions

  • To participate you have to attend the Asian Wedding Exhibition 2008 on 8th & 9th March at Alexandra Palace - www.aweuk.com
  • All entries are free
  • The winner will have to take the prize from November 08 to March 09.
  • The winner will be announced on Clubasia on the drive time show on Monday 10th March
  • The winner will be notified by Mantra Weddings in writing within 24 hours of winning the prize.
  • All entries agree to have their details made available to the companies participating in the competition who can contact you with promotions either by direct mail and or email.
  • The organisers decision is final.
  • No cash alternative.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  • It will be the winner's responsibility to liase with Mantra Weddings to arrange the availability of the venue and caterer.
  • Before confirming the above ensure that all other suppliers are available and sufficient time is given to the suppliers to provide their goods in time. Liaise with them to ensure as failure to give sufficient time and if not supplied on time Mantra Weddings cannot be held responsible.
  • Once the date has been booked with the caterer, it will be confirmed in writing by the caterer and you will be bound by the suppliers terms and conditions and cannot be changed thereafter.
  • In the event should the date be changed by the winner, what ever the reason, the prize becomes null and void.
  • Mantra Weddings cannot be held responsible for any failing of the partners and subcontractors.
  • No employees and family members of Mantra Weddings Ltd and their respective partners involved with the competition are permitted to participate in the prize. If they are found doing so the prize will be deferred to the 2nd drawn winner.
  • In total 3 potential winners will be drawn as a contingent to the above and or failure of the 1st winner failing to acknowledge the organisers.
  • Winner has to confirm a date to Mantra Weddings within 14 days of the prize draw, in writing by registered post.

Millenium Gloucester Hotel 4 -18 Harrington Gardens, London. SW7 4LH

The Millennium Gloucester will provide Mantra Weddings, the organiser of the competition, the following:

  • Banqueting suite - Cromwell Room at the Millennium Gloucester capacity of 250 people.
  • If the wedding party is more then 250 Millennium Gloucester has larger suite and can make the larger room available for an additional fee.
  • Availability from November 08 to March 09.
  • Times - from 9am to 1am
  • A bridal suite for 1 night.
  • Weekend break in the Paris hotel to comprise of 1 night stay and including breakfast.

  • Catering for 250 people to comprise of: starter, main and desert. Menu to be supplied to take into account vegetarian, non vegetarian or mixed subject to the winner's requirement.
  • Cutlery, glass wear, linen and waitress service to be included.
  • Excluded will be all alcohol and non-alcohol beverages and all beverage orders to be placed through caterer. What is the corkage charge policy?
  • A charge of £25 per person will be applicable for additional people over and above 250 persons.

  • 5 starters ( 2 non-veg, 3 veg), 5 Curries (2 non-veg, 3 veg), breads, raita, chutney, 2 desserts
  • 12 waiting staff, 2 bar staff, table service, transportation, menu cards
  • If it's a veggie menu then 4 starters and 4 curries normally but would stretch to 5 each if necessary.

V.I.P Bentley will supply a Bentley for the Bride or Groom and a second car for the family or bridesmaids etc. the second car might be our limo or a second Bentley they can have a choice of what is available for the second car. The cars will come with chauffeurs and for a duration of 8 to 10 hours and in the London area.

The market value of this prize will be between £1250 and £1500 depends which cars are used but you can certainly say that it worth a minimum of £1250. We will take the cars anywhere if required but they would have to pay and add on price for transportation and extra time for instance it would be about £225 per car to get them to Birmingham. We can also exceed the 10 hours in London if they need longer but that would also have a small additional charge of £40 per hour per car.
