binge but recommending a delicious remedy for your face, instead.
You can still have gorgeous, healthy,
glowing skin on your wedding day with a whisk, whoosh and chop chop of lush
fruit. We've got some delicious recipes for you to try at home, which won't
trouble your bridal budget.
Pre & Post Pamper Tips
Before and after your budget busting
beauty regime, you need to follow some simple steps:

Ensure your face is clean and
free of make-up and creams

You can have a hot bath or
shower before hand, as it will help open up your pores

Alternatively you can steam
your face
-
Try to use organic fruit, honey
and products where possible

Relax! You will get better
results if you can lie down for the duration of your pamper session

Check you are not allergic to
any of the ingredients

·Do not repeat the treatments
more than once or twice every two weeks

You should NEVER use any mask
the day before your wedding
THE EXOTIC EXFOLIATOR
Papaya is a one fruit-fighting machine
against dead skin, its full of enzymes, which remove flaking, dull skin. The
additional ingredients all have added benefits too. The lemon, stimulates
collagen production, the honey absorbs impurities and the egg white tightens
your pores.
Ingredients
-
½ a Papaya
-
2 tbsp of plain, natural low fat
yogurt
-
½ a Lemon
-
1 tbsp of Honey
-
1 Egg
Recipe
-
Scrape out the seeds in the
papaya with a large spoon
-
Remove the skin and chop the
fruit into small pieces
-
Grind or mash into a pulp
-
In a bowl, add the 2
tablespoons of yogurt to the papaya mash and mix
-
Squeeze the juice from the
lemon and add to the mixture
- Next add the tablespoon of
honey
-
After separating the egg yolk,
add the remaining egg white to the mixture

Mix all ingredients to a rich,
thick consistency
Application
Finally apply onto the face with a
brush if possible and leave on for 15 minutes and then rinse off with warm
water. Pat your face dry with a towel.
THE CRAZY MOISTURE MASK
Bananas it may have but the only thing
nuts about this mask is how soft your skin will feel afterwards. This humble
fruit contains a super selection of vitamins, which read like a telephone
directory of health. Great for dry skin and bad news for wrinkles, because they
also help with combating them.
Ingredients

2 Bananas
-
1 tbsp of Honey
Recipe
-
Using a fork, mash the bananas
into a paste, without making the mixture runny - as you don't want it to slide
of your face!

Add the honey and mix together
Application
Using your fingertips, smooth onto
your face and leave on for 10 minutes and relax. Wash off using warm water and
then cold water alternatively, ending with a splash of cold water. Pat dry with
a towel.
THE STRAWBERRY SPOT BLASTER
These beautiful berries not only look
and taste great but they also help tame acne prone and oily skin. The acidic
ingredients in strawberries remove the impurities from your skin, reducing
swelling and redness.
Ingredients

½ a cup of ripe strawberries

¼ cup of cornstarc
Recipe
-
Using a blender mix both
ingredients together to form a paste. Again make sure it's not runny or too
watery.

If you do not have any
cornstarch you can mash the strawberries together with a tablespoon of honey
instead
Application
Spread a layer over your face and
leave on for 30 minutes and then rinse off with cool water. Gently pat dry with
a towel.
